Attendance
 
12th grade
Don’t forget to pay your Senior Fees! Cap and gown orders have been placed, and the fee must be paid in order for your student to pick up their regalia for graduation!
 
11th Grade
Junior Spring Trip is next month and the fees for these trips are due by February 26! Log into your Skyward or pay on RevTrack for your students so they can participate in this college trip in March!
 

📢 Semester 2 Common Assessments: Feb 23–25

Please note that Common Assessments (10% of Semester 2 grades) will take place Monday, Feb 23 – Wednesday, Feb 25. To ensure your student's success, please adhere to the following:

  • Attendance: Students must be present for the full duration of the testing day.
  • Make-Ups: Prioritized for excused absences only. Make-up opportunities for unexcused absences are not guaranteed.
  • Tech Prep: Students must bring a fully charged laptop daily.
  • Chargers: Spare chargers are extremely limited and not guaranteed. Students will be required to test with whatever battery life they have.

Please ensure your student is on time and prepared. Thank you for your support!

2024-2025 FEDERAL REPORT CARDS
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has published the 2024-2025 Federal Report Cards for each YES Prep school and the district. We are sharing this information with you as part of our obligations under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA). Information on these reports includes the items listed in this TEA guide.

You may access the report cards using any of the following methods:

 

1. Visit the YES Prep website: a. District website link b. School website link (click on your child’s school, click on “For Parents”, then click on “Compliance Notices”, and lastly click on “Academic Performance”)

 

2. Visit the Texas Education Agency’s website: a. Federal Report Cards link

 

3. Hard copies are available at the district office and each school’s front office.

 

4. Appropriate translations (written or oral) are available upon request.
