End Of Year Family Survey (May 6- May 19)
Action: Review campus actions and encourage EOY Family Survey participation
We’re launching our End-of-Year Family Engagement Survey, open May 6–May 19. Family survey flyer and preview of questions are attached below.
Purpose
To elevate family voice and strengthen the home–school connection
Goal
Achieve at least 25% parent participation through strong campus promotion and outreach.
Distribution
The survey will be shared via ParentSquare, campus communications, and with support from FARs.

Campus Action Steps
- Share and post the flyer across communication channels
- Actively encourage participation by:
- Sending flyers home with students
- Distributing during arrival/dismissal
- Posting at the front office/main entrance
- Sharing at family events or meetings (e.g., exit ticket)
