Family Dashboards
YES Prep provides different tools to help you stay connected to how your child is performing at school. Staying connected will allow you to see if your child is on track or needs additional support in their education. If you have any questions about the applications (apps) listed below, please contact the Tech Strategy Team at TechStrategy@yesprep.org. If you do not have an email set up in Skyward, please contact your campus registrar.

Schoology
Beginning August 2021, YES Prep will launch Schoology as our Learning Management System and it will replace Teams. Students will not use Teams unless they need to connect to a virtual meeting.
Schoology can help us execute our four blended learning models by serving as a place to house activities, resources, and playlists that can be shared with all students or specific students.

Students and guardians will each have a unique Hero login account. Naviance
Naviance
Naviance serves as the primary tool for YES Prep Students as they develop their College Readiness skills.
Naviance is actively used in Junior and Senior Seminar throughout the College Research, List Building, and Application process.
- Junior Year, Naviance serves as an online resource for students to research colleges, sign up for college visits, and connect with fly-ins and student opportunities.
- Senior Year, Naviance is used to manage their College Application Process including requesting transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other supporting documents for their college applications.
Students use the Naviance Success Planner to track application materials and assignments, like completing FASFA/TASFA, to ensure they are on track to college.
